I know EXACTLY how you feel, because I’ve been there. 

Before I earned my BSc in Natural sciences and got certified as a personal trainer I had no clarity around fitness - I’d expect quick results with no consistency, DIY the workouts on the spot, had zero knowledge about the importance of nutrition and was afraid to ask for help. 

I loved lifting weights but I had little knowledge on how to do it correctly and achieve long-term results.

I’ve taken everything that I know from my science degree & PT course, combined with my own personal experience, endless research on human body mechanics to create the BEST coaching experience for you. No more guesswork - focus on what’s actually important.

😔Scared of investing because you’re not sure if you will actually achieve your goals.

But can you afford to never achieve your goals & stay the same? I give all the tools you need to achieve your goals and teach you how to use them, all you need to do is use those tools.

 

😔Worried you will get “bulky” if you do strength training.

That's the biggest fitness myth. Women simply don’t have the same hormone profile as men, and therefore cannot gain enough lean mass to look bulky. Even if you’d like to build a lot of muscle mass it won’t happen overnight - it takes at least 6 - 12 months of consistent training and specific nutrition.

😔Nervous because you have no time to commit.

You don’t need to workout 2 hours a day to see results, neither do you need 2 hours coaching calls with me. All I ask is 3 hours a week to move your body and 1 hour weekly/biweekly to learn from me on a coaching call. That’s only 4 hours a week!

 

😔Unsure if you’re fit enough to start the program.

The best thing is that you don’t have to be fit or have previous working out experience! I will teach you everything that’s necessary to know!
